At SunucumFix we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how your data is protected and how cookies are used when you visit sunucumfix.com and our client area (https://panel.sunucumfix.com). For details on personal data processing, see the Personal Data Notice.
1. Data on your server
Files, databases and application data hosted on your virtual server belong to you. They are accessed only at your request, as part of a support or AI assistant action you have explicitly approved, or where required by law.
2. AI server assistant
- The assistant can only access the server bound to your account; access to other customers’ servers is technically blocked.
- Read-only inspections (service status, disk, memory, system logs) are performed at your request.
- Actions that change your server are never carried out without your explicit approval.
- Conversations with the assistant and actions it performs are logged for security and service quality.
3. Security
Traffic to the website and client area is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Payment card details are not stored by us; payments are taken through licensed payment institutions. Administrative access is role-restricted and logged.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We may use the following types:
- Strictly necessary: required to keep your session, for security (CSRF protection) and to submit forms. They cannot be disabled.
- Functional: remember preferences such as theme, language and billing period.
- Analytics: help us measure anonymously how the site is used; only with your consent.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the client area from working properly.
5. Third-party services
We may use third-party providers for fonts, content delivery and security (e.g. DDoS protection). These providers may technically process your IP address.
