4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; commercial electronic messages are sent only with your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with payment institutions, e-invoice service providers, infrastructure and hosting partners, legal and financial advisers, and authorised public bodies upon request. Any transfer to providers abroad is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. How we collect it
Your data is collected electronically through the website, client area, contact form, email, phone and live support channels.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
