01How is a VPS different from shared hosting?
On a VPS, CPU, memory and disk are reserved for you, so other users’ load doesn’t affect you. With full admin rights you can install anything.
02Is the Windows licence extra?
Licensing terms for Windows Server are shown on the order page. If in doubt, ask us before ordering.
03Do you offer backups?
Snapshot and backup add-ons are available in the client area. The assistant also takes an automatic snapshot before any critical action.
04Can I get extra IPs?
Yes, additional IPv4 addresses can be requested from the client area.
05What happens if I cancel?
The service ends at the close of the billing period and data is deleted. Details are on the Cancellation & Refunds page.
