We built SunucumFix to close that gap.
When a service stops, the disk fills up or a firewall rule goes wrong, most people go through the same thing: open a ticket, explain everything from scratch, then wait for hours. Yet most of these problems can be diagnosed with a handful of commands.
So we put an assistant that can inspect your server right into the client area. It finds the root cause, explains what needs to happen in plain language, and only runs what you approve. Anything it can’t solve goes to our technical team together with every check it already ran.
Our platform runs on enterprise virtualisation technology. NVMe SSD, DDoS protection and automatic provisioning are standard on every plan.
